Learnt:
1) Words Command ( Alt+LClick stopwatch) with time*+/-150 = rotation speed.
2) Effect > Glow
3) Light
4) Effect > Mirror
5) Generate > Stroke
6) Solid state > Flares/Flash
7) Null object >  All layers link to it >  Edit

Mistake:
I feel like my timing is not good. Something is weird.

As always I built up everything in AI... ( It's really take so long, just to figure out how to design it, I will try to shorten on this stage, because it not really looks nice to myself.)

Practice:

Lens Flare + Solid State( Blue ), Blending = Add, High Feather.

White Bar Moving + Glowing Effect

Placement:

Anime Font. Why is it red, Because hard to read, and cannot be seen =P....

Sequence:

Light out everything, but only see the main target.

The two bar beside the main target initial to rotate.

While Rotation is correct. It start glowing and bars (systems) start initialing

After a while, the main signature coming out.

Hide all other elements and zoom in to target.

Flare Circle on top and FLASH! I mean flare!

Then Flash effect.

Quickly Scale in  Vertical to Horizontal.

Lastly scale out Horizontal and vanish.

Will proceed to Channel ID 10sec, but not now.
